David-Muir

David Muir (born August 25 1949) is a famous American journalist, anchor and reporter. Muir is best known for his show World News Tonight. His program with its dramatic clips of celebrity gossip on video and animated gestures has been voted the top news program in America. Made In America, his Emmy Nominated show is another of his many contributions. Before he took over ABC World News Tonight he was the anchor in charge for the anchor who was his predecessor Diane Sawyer. Many of his primetime ABC News specials include Breaking Point -- Heroin in America as well as Flashpoint Refugees in America. The reporter has travelled the globe reporting on news from Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti & the Gulf of Mexico. He was the winner of multiple Emmy Awards, Edward R. Murrow Honors and awards from Associated Press.
